No Refunds Policy
All sales are final:
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
- All payments are final once the transaction is completed
- Credits are non-refundable whether used or unused
- No exceptions will be made for any reason including technical issues
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Credits have been used to generate interview questions or access other services
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase (unless due to technical issues)
- Change of mind after using the service
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Disputes arising from third-party payment processors

Service Cancellation
Since InterviewHype uses a credit-based system with no recurring subscriptions, there are no ongoing services to cancel. However:
Account Deactivation
You can request account deactivation at any time. Unused credits will remain valid if you reactivate.
Data Deletion
You can request complete data deletion. This action is irreversible and will forfeit all unused credits.
